In 2009, in the end he could get the title in French Open, and it made him won all four kinds of Grand Slam titles. After years of achievement, his performance started to decrease when he got injury in 2013. However, in 2014, he could bring Switzerland to obtain the first-ever title of Davis Cup. His last achievement was when he reached the final of 2019 Wimbledon, but he had to lose to Djokovic in the longest Wimbledon history. The match lasted for four hours 57 minutes. After that, he missed the tournaments in 2020 because of knee surgeries.
